An apartment to live in

The apartment is sunny and spacious, facing a quiet courtyard and overlooking two belltowers, those of Santa Giulia and Duomo. It is located on the second floor of a historical building served by a lift.
The bedroom has a 160 cm comfortable double bed and a walk-in closet. The windows are new and well insulated and the shutters are effective for dimming out any light. There are mosquito screens in all windows.
In the living room you'll find the dining table and a sofabed. There is no TV but unlimited, high speed wifi.
There is air-condition units in the bedroom and kitchen.
This is a no smoking apartment.

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and everything you'll need to prepare your meals. Spices, olive oil, tea and coffee are there for you to use freely. There will also be a bottle of water in the fridge and a bottle of wine at your arrival.
